I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding on March 21, 2010. When they arrived, there was mesh on the shoe that was not as pictured online. The return policy stated you would be charged a $15 restocking fee, which I did not believe I should be subject to since the shoes sent to me were not as pictured.
