As many wrote before, support is non-existent. You can find a number in TX for billing questions, but it will ask you to leave a message ("they are soooooo busy"). The gimmick they pulled with me, was to in the middle of my one-year subscription, and below an e-mail they sent me re a technical matter, "confirm" an order f0r five year service (which I never placed) and immediately charged my credit card for the 69.95 price.
