First, the owner claims that his company has employees to fabricate and install their products. When the gentleman came out to template my job, he was actually from another company (very small!!). He was foreign, so his English was not clear at all. I was told by the owner that ALL WORKERS were his employees - this is FAR FROM THE TRUTH!!! Also, the stone that is installed in my home is of the POOREST QUALITY!!!
