I ordered the trial and did not receive the product. They extended my trial another 10 days. I still did not receive the product and canceled within that trial period. They charged me $85.50 anyway, and I am still in dispute with them, even though they acknowledge that the account was canceled and the product was returned. The "billing" department cannot be reached by phone, and every time I've called, it's either call back in 3-5 days, or wait and check my statement. I haven't gotten a credit and it's been several months. My credit card company is going after them for the charge. read full review »
