I have had my account open with Bloom Cellular for a few months now and every month there seems to be a new charge that I have no idea what it is for. The first month I had trust Bloom would invoice me accurately and paid the bill. The second month I looked over the bill in detail and noticed I was charged roaming charges that I never made. If Bloom isn't pulling a scam they are certainly disorganized. Every month a correction is made to my account and I am credited the overcharge but it is annoying to have to correct the bill each month. Never trust Bloom Cell Communications assessments without looking over it first. read full review »
