I had AT&T wireless service over two years. They look for anything to extend the contract. I called to cancel and requested to be cancel no later than next day. They argued that they would cancel after a month elapsed from notification to cancel. After, talking to supervisor they cancel the service that day. They issued a statement with $27 credit and later sent a check for the $27. A couple of weeks later they add a charge for $27 and $4 additional dollars. I complied with the contract in full. Why should I be charge for $27 that was refunded due to overpayment and later they want it back. read full review »
