I bought a $1, 500 Sony TV, surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player from Best Buy and the sales person gave me a lot of misinformation and did not write up the sale correctly. As a result, when the so called Geeksquad came to deliver the tv there was a lot of confusion. They came with foul attitudes to begin with and said they would only see if the tv worked with my cable system when I was told by the sales person that 'setup' was included with the 'premium delivery'.
