Worst service by manager.. I went to Safeway to buy 12 pack can soda (on deal). Their was no limit on the advertisement. I filled up my cart with 20 12 packs (needed for 4th july neighborhood party). Then manager told me that you r not allowed to have more than 12 packs. I politely told him their is no limit or any kind of sign saying that limit is 12. He said NO u cant have it (very rudely). He said we don't have to put limit on the advertisement. I was like what the hell?... If i knew their is a limit i could have gone to Lucky or some other store offering same deal. read full review »
