I tried it for a couple of months but ProActive did not work for me. I returned a shipment, UNopened. Proactive kept billing me for that shipment. I wrote to them and then called them. At first they said they never received it and they demanded proof of return. The post office never gave me any kind of receipt that I handed the box to the lady behind the counter.
