I ordered a bike helmet on May 25 for a bike trip starting June 16. On 5/26 I got an order confirmation. I never heard from them again. I called twice and emailed twice the first week of June asking them what happened. Nobody called me back, but a couple days later I got an email saying my order would be shipped Fri 6/11. When I did not receive shipping confirmation Fri I emailed them and said if they shipped it Mon it would have to be overnight so I could get it before I left.
