I Have been in my home for 10 years I started with a 603.00 payment without escrow. Now that I am with Select Portfolios they raised me to 11% due to being 1 month late a few times and its just a way to take my home knowing that I was struggling before so they raise my payment to 1175.00 without escrow included in hopes of me having to be foreclosed on so they can take my home that I have lived in for 10 years!!!
