truck went for oil change-when customer went to pickup vehcile -grease on doors, hood, steering wheel, carpets and found old oil filter on vehicle, did not change out parts. asked for a manager and then sent out a loss prevention person that did nothing to help, just said sears was not paying for anything. will never go back read full review »
