I recently had my carpets cleaned by these guys and they did not take much time or effort to clean my carpets. My carpets DID NOT look much better and there were YELLOW streaks all through my carpets. I called and spoke with the manager Jeff and he was VERY rude with an attitude telling me that the time they spent cleaning my carpets was an average time AND TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED THEM RE-CLEANED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE AGAIN!!!
