I have had an xbox 360 now for 18 month and it has recieved the rings of death twice. When i ring up customer service they are helpfull and arrange for the console to be fixed but yesterday when i rung this wasn't the case. I had been suspended from xbox live for a day and i had no idea why so i decided to ring customer service to see if they could shed some light on it.
