They were the typical storm chasers. We live in Colorado where there is a lot of hail in the spring time. We noticed our roof leaking after one hail storm. Covenant Builders came knocking on the door to see if they could do a roof inspection. (big red flag there) They had us sign "an estimate" but was really a contract.
