Don't believe anything you read that says anything positive about this company. I'm sorry I ever heard of it. I feel like an idiot because I purchased a microwave from them. I've never been through anything like this. If I didn't know better, I'd think I was on some reality show where they see how far they can push you. I bought a microwave, they took my money.
