I have been sick with a tumor and had a med procedure done 2 months ago. During this time we have fallen behind on our bills including our car payment with JP Morgan. My husband has been in contact with an agent from chase and they said they would try to work out a hardship deferral for us and we would still behind a payment plus late charges but we could pay that and bring current.
