I called the 800 number to book a room and ask for a specific mattress because of a bad back. The 1st person I talked to was very rude and I told them that I would call back and talk to someone else. The second person I talked to pulled up a location close to where I needed to do business and said yes they had the mattress I was requesting. When I got there that paticular location did not have those mattresses. It was to late to try and find a locaiton with those so I went ahead and stayed there.
