I purchased a Patio set made by Sun Bridge patio furniture under the label of "Better Homes & Garden" product line and sold by Wal-Mart. The product came with a 3 yr warranty. I have owned the product for 2 yrs 2 mo. It was used seasonally here and very well taken care of. This season as we ready to use the set, we noticed the windings that held the cushions up was breaking and unwinding. Needless to say, it is unusable to us now. All 3 companies were contacted and they all passed-the-buck on to each-other...the worst and most rude was Wal-Mart. We are out $364.00 with a Patio set that is non-functional. read full review »
