Same story as every other customer from Decora Rugs-credit card charged, rugs never shipped. Every email I received back from them became more nasty, your rug will ship tomorrow!! I would have given this company a break if they showed one ounce of remorse for charging my credit card and never shipping product. Their snippy snotty attitude with me like I had the nerve to inquire when my order was shipping left a bad taste in my mouth-Seriously its only $100.00-not going to break the bank but after reading all the other posts about the company I realize I am not the only victim.
