COmpletely agree with the other complaint. Mine was the exact same issue. Trashy product and customer service horrendous. I called within 10 days to cancel the order but was still charged 87.47. They refused to pull any information to say no history of my call was there. I even told them i can prove it with my blackberry history to say i have called and have no idea why their systems did not show it. Told me i could return the product if it was not used - ridiculous when i was telling them that the product was trashy and then they hung up... read full review »
