I hired them to fill in a pool. 1) They had to drain the water out. They did not drain all the water. 2) They where to make drain holes in bottom of pool. Did not do this, Reason: Their was water in the pool that they did not remove. 3) Knock in the side walls of pool. Only removed about one foot of the side if that in some areas. 4) They where to put stone first in the bottom of the pool for drainage, this was not done.
