I tried to use their website backjoy.com to place an order for their back joy core device. When I stepped through the different ordering screens, I declined the two items which had a 30-day trial. Once the order was completed it had inserted a 30-day trial item. I immediately tried to remidy this online, but their website does not allow this. I called their phone number immediately to cancel and re-order the core device and they said nothing could be done now, but that I needed to call back after 2 hours.
