I have to admit i was very skeptical when i spoke with the overly charasmatic loan officer on the phone. I received a call within seconds of submitting my inquiry online for my refinance. This to me shows desperassion. Putting that all aside, i am very grateful i received their call first. I ended up saving over 400 dollars a month while keeping my closing costs to 2100 dollars!
