Before I refinanced my home, I had to research a lot of the banks and lenders that were calling me trying to solict my buisness. I spoke with a senior loan officer from ICG Home Loans (Intercontinental Capital Group, INC) and was impressed from what he was saying. He educated me on the process, the terms, the closing costs, etc. I thought it was to good to be true. I was very very skeptical about them, but something in my gut told me to find out more.
