I bought two jitterbugs for my parents almost two years ago. Service went well for the first year. Eventually my fathers 3 button phone wouldn't work. Since I bought the replacement plan, I requested and received a replacement. However, it turned out to be a refurbished phone that never worked right. It got hot to the touch after a few minutes, took twice as long to charge as normal, dropped calls constantly, and never got clear reception.
