I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life. My husband and I went into the store in Cool Springs, Tn where we were met by several sales associates. I let my husband and the sales person talk me into putting a ring on layaway so that I could bring my diamond back at a later date to be mounted into the ring. I was told more than five different times that at anytime within a month I could call back to the store and ask for a complete refund on the layaway if I decide not to purchase the ring.
