I wrote 3 letters & sent 2 e-mails plus I tried to contact Tom Ryan CVS-Caremark to complain about rude treatment by your employees whenever I informed them that they were ignorant of your corp. policies. I had to research the internet to find inf. put out by you in regard to presc. policy.
