Well it started 2 weeks ago when I had my taxes prepared for 550 sum odd dollars. I was promised $1880 from my state returns (not rare for me). About 8 days later i received a check from the state FOR $10!?!? As soon as I had the chance I went to the office asking WHAT HAPPENED???? The nice gentleman could not find my file??? He helped me out as much as he could, and said his manager would call me first thing in the morning. The next day I got no phone call in the am, so I called them around 11 am.
