My son joined Gold's Gym here in town. He told them he would be moving to another state to attend college and they assured us the membership was transferable. When he moved to SC he found that it was NOT transferable and he had to join the Gold's there. His contract stated that he could cancel if he moved more than 50 miles away. We submitted the required documentation several times to ABC Financial and each time they tell us there is something wrong with the documentation.
