I applied for a loan from Wentworth Direct but when I received the paperwork asking me to "return payments with the acceptance form" decided that I would not bother to continue with the application and did not send the acceptance form or any fee back to them thinking that this would end the matter. I then discovered a fee of £59 had been deducted from my bank account, I have tried ringing the 0845 number in the paperwork but after being on hold for 1hour 30mins abandoned the call, avoid this company like the plague if you have any sense. read full review »
