I heard the advertisement in the radio and thought this was a great Christmas gift for my aunt over seas. So I went ahead and ordered. The package wasn't shipped in time on their part, so I called in and canceled my order the day before my trip. 4 weeks later they still send the package?!?!?!? I returned it the same day ( Jan 12th 2010) including a return authorization number which I received from Victoria after waiting in line for 45 min.
