It's refreshing to know that I'm not the only one that's having difficulties with this company. My son received his letter back in 08' - 09' school year. It was around the same time as his Duke TIP letter. So, I didn't think anything of it. When I was younger I received a letter myself for Who's Who. I figured it would take some time, but when October came around I sent them an e-mail. They told me delivery would be between November - December via e-mail.
