I was a member in good standing for many years with Workoutworkld in Nashua NH. When I needed to cancel my membership, there was never anyone at WOW who could take my termination at a time that I was able to go. After many attempts, I decided to cancel my automatic withdrawal at my bank. When I recieved a letter from ABC informing me that this action did not cancel my account, I called them and they said to send a letter. Which I did.
