On facebook tonight I was reading where a soilder had called hp about a printer and the technician told the soilder that he would have to charge him for the information that he would give him to fix his printer. My complaint is these men and women are fighting for our rights and to make sure we are never attacked again, and then you knuckle heads at hp want to charge them money for them doing their job. Not so they can make a killing in the military, so they can protect us. I have be a very faithful customer of hp for at least 25 years now... read full review »
