This is the THIRD HP printer I purchased which screws up intermittently and will not function, even though it is 'supposedly' compatible with other HP products, i.e., my HP pavillion a810e... Customer service locks you in an end loop of directing your call to other "how may I direct your call?" answerers. You WILL NOT receive help, nor will you ever see a dime of your hard-earned money be able to be used efficiently, properly, or returned for you to get a different product. If I ever buy any HP product again, PLEASE SHOOT ME, for then, I truly have lost my mind. read full review »
