Last month I noticed unauthorized charges on our Sprint bill from FunMobile an SendMe Mobile. The weird thing is we never signed up for this service. I contacted the companies, as well as Sprint and was assured that I would be credited on my Sprint bill and the service discontinued. Lo and behold, this month's bill - same charges. This time Sprint said they could not credit me and I had been given misinformation, until I told them I would make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Then they changed their tune.
