I got a call from a rep. from at&t asking me to sign up for unlimited long distance for $20.00 per line. I said No, but they still sign me up for it. I have five lines on that account. Therefore it was $100.00 per months extra since January 2010. I strarted complainting since January. It been six months and my bill is still not resolved. I ask to talk to a manager. I left her a voice mail and she still would not answer me. My balance past due is over six hundred dollars. A rep. told me today that I am not the only one. They enroll a lot of people the same w ay.
