Back in Dec. 09 someone suggested that I try a yoga class to help with stress. I went to LR in Forrest Hills & spoke to "Natasha". I told her I just wanted a trial membership & I just wanted to try LR's yoga classes. I made it clear I did not want an automatical renewal--if I liked the classes, I would renew my membership myself. I only went toLR three times in Jan.
