I am at my wits end with this company!! For at least 6 months now, I have been submitting a contact form to cancel my account with no resolution! In the meantime, they are continuing to charge my bank account EVERY MONTH and I don't even use their website! It has gotten to the point where I am one step away from filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! If my complaint is NOT addressed and resolved before the next billing cycle I will be forced to do just that!
