On 7/3/2010, I went on-line to order a birth certificate for my son from the State of California. I pulled up a series of departments . On the right-hand side of the screen there was a listing for Birth Certificates for $19.99. I clicked on the web address of www.easybirthcertificate.com & it took me to Vital Records Assistance. You click on Birth Certificate & then add to cart & it throws you to a screen that at the top says "jts and associates". This is done thru PayPal.
