I ordered a trial. Upon trying the trial, I did not like the product, it gave me very bad heartburn. I called to cancel my subscription (a revolving payment each month for a new supply), and they claimed I was not in the system anywhere, and that they would not issue a RMA number for me to return the unused portion, that was required to terminate the subscription. Without the RMA I was responsible for a $78.81 charge per month. I am still fighting the issue at this time. read full review »
