My wife ordered online the Pure Acai Berry and Bromalite online which said free for 1 month only pay for the $4.99 and $4.95 shipping. I called the same night see order this to cancel any future orders and was told that was done. My wife's account has now been charged $78.81 for Acai Berry and (2) charges of $69.95 for Bromalite and a $29.95 for some club called Life Style and fitness. When my wife got her bank statement and showed the charges I immediately called the phone numbers shown and questioned them. After about 30 minutes I finally talked with a supervisor who stated they would credit my account for the (2) $69.95 within 3 days and then I had to call another customer service number and after about 30 minutes with that person she finally stated the $78.81 would be credited back to my wife's account within 3 days. I then had to call another customer service number regarding the Life Style and Fitness charge for $29.95 and after waiting for them to answer was then told due to the high volume of calls they would have to have someone call me back. The person would not give any other information and did not guarantee when they would call back.
This appears to be a way to scam people out of money and if I had not looked at the account when I did it is hard to tell how much more money they may have taken before it was stopped. I will contact my bank regarding any future charges of refusal from these people.

this product was cancelled in march 2009. your are billing my credit card every month for 83.80 for a product im not reciving i except to see a credit of $246.40 on my visa this matter has caused me much stress I am also fileing a report with the BETTER BUSINESS Bureau i think your company is a scam

I ordered a "trial product for $11.99 Can. & have been billed twice for over $100.00. & haven't received any thing else, & didn't order anything> The trial product hasn't worked for me! Want answers from this company NOW!

I ordered this product thinking it would work, especially since they included the names of the Oprah Winfrey Show and Today Show. I tried them and they did not work. I only agreed to the shipping of the free samples. I called the company once I realized that I was charged again and another package arrived. The person I spoke to was not helpful in the least. He told me that he would cancel it for me and that I needed to send the unopened bottle back and they would credit my account. Today I received another bottle. This is $83+ each time. Today when I called again, "John" told me that the computer is slow for me to call back in an hour or call tomorrow. I explained that this was not his money they were playing with, it was mine. When I questioned him where he was located he told me that Advanced Wellness Research was located in Miami, Fl. I questioned him again, where he was located and finally he told me the calls were routed to India. I will be calling to cancel my credit card at the bank. If anyone is reading this and is thinking about ordering this product, DON'T. Same problems with Purtiy 12.
