We were being charged between $17.00 and $18.00 a month, for enhanced long distance calling. This is a service that we did not ask for. We never gave our permission for this company to start charging us for this service. This should be an illegal practise. We did get a refund from AT&T. Now we have to contact The Billing Resource, ( I have heard this not easy to do ) and tell them do not charge us anymore. Always check your monthly billing statement!
