For nine months an employee of Vandyke Mortgage dba Tricounty Mortgage mislead customer assuring that the Mortgage would be aproved. Until the day of closing, after walk thru did they turn the loan down. Employee was well aware of customer's credit problems that were not the best but was in the 600's. The employee gave a letter of preapproval with conditions, and the 2 realtors, sellers, and buyers were lead to believe that there would be no proble with the mortgage.
