Newt Thorne was going to endanger the lives of everyone who lives in Cottonwood Villas. He wanted to tear all of our buildings apart to put put in dryer vents that would of never passed code or inspection. It takes 3 elbows to get to the exterior wall which would mean our dryers would have to be 10 ft or less to the exterior wall for it to conform to code.
