But I was charged for browsing on 29, JULY, 2010. I had registered a complaint in customer care on 29, JULY, 2010. My complaint number is R052129046 . I was told that I will be refunded my lost balance within 96 hours. But upto now (5, JULY, 2010) I have not received any balance. So please refund my balance as soon as possible.
