I have T-Mobile and I too am pleased with their customer service but have to agree that I may switch for two compelling reasons... first, the lack of coverage. I constantly go in areas where I have full bars but the phone will not allow me to dial. It says its available for emergency only, meaning T-Mobile has no contract in place for roaming with whatever network I'm on.
