I have paid my New York & Company credit card in full a few months ago. I paid it for whatever current balance I had at that time, over the phone with an extra $10 and they assured me that I don't owe them anymore money. After 3-4 months, I found out that they are still charging me late fees and finance charges. Under the current economy, it is so hard to believe that big companies like this are taking advantage of consumers at this very tough time.
