I scheduled an appt. several days in advance with the Sears Repair center to have my dryer repaired. They were scheduled to arrive from 1-5pm and call a half an hour before to let me know they were on their way. At 4:30pm I still had not heard from them so I called and confirmed that they were still coming. I was reassured that they were still coming and that I was number 10 on their list and they were at number 8.
